Watch Out, World!

I am on a journey!

Stay tuned for my story because it's going to get told. 5 chapters and counting. Did I ever mention I had 2 professors in college tell me I should major in their subjects instead of education? I don't mean to brag, but I have some kickass hidden talents and writing is one of them. My professor at BGSU told me he had, and I quote, "Never seen such a talented writer in his 25 teaching English." Ok, this was back then, I've been out of practice and hello, that's what editors are for.

Anyhoo, it only took me a major life crisis followed by a dark, deep, downward spiral into my depression and anxiety and topped off with a global pandemic to make me realize that yes, I am good at this and I LOVE doing it.

I wrote the first chapter by my Grandpap's graveside. I think he whispered, Jacque, write that fucking book."

Just kidding. My Grandpa was a good, religious man. He would be ashamed of my sailors mouth. Sorry, Grandpap!!

And so I sat down and wrote 🙃 and I've been writing since. ✍
