Hello lovelies.

I wanted to give a quick update. My oncologist called me Saturday morning about my test results. He was so sweet to call me right away. He said my ultrasound of my spleen, liver, abdomen, gallbladder, pancreas, was pretty good. Nothing weird except my spleen is enlarged like he thought when he palpitated it. Like I said before, the spleen is essentially for explanation purposes, is like a giant lymph node. So the fact it's enlarged means it's pissed off.

The CT scan. First, I am glad nothing was seen that would make me instantly worried. No tumors, no arthritis in my spine, my brain is clear, sinuses and ears good. No tumors or anything in my neck or chest. BUT my cervical (neck), head, armpit, and chest lymph nodes that are internal lit up. This means they are reactive and show lymphadenopathy. He said he was hoping my spleen would be normal and my lymph nodes would not light up.

What does this mean? Biopsy. Ughhhh. I haven't registered this yet because I've been busy but it's scary. I thought it would all come back clear and free. Things could still be ok and just mean infection. Lymph nodes really are finicky.

Anyway, hopefully scheduling things tomorrow. Thanks again for the texts, calls and messages. They mean the world.

Love and light,
